Current Role and Background

Alain is a professionally certified Integral coach with more than 3500
hours of coaching in both English and French.
His special area of interest is to map the “magical attitude” of talented
individuals for broader adoption. In the past ten years he has focused
specifically on talent coaching for both individuals and performing’s teams;
mostly for senior executives in leading organizations. His yoga expertise
makes him an expert in Stress Management.
He has published two books;
• “Think smart” in 1997 on Tools and techniques for Creativity.
• “Success DNA” in 2010 – to copy and paste successful talents.
Alain, his wife Pascale (a specialized Medical doctor) and son Benjamin
immigrated to South Africa in 1984.
